Short Bio

Kariss Lynch is the author of the Heart of a Warrior series and writes contemporary romance (with a little bit of suspense) about characters with big dreams, adventurous hearts, and enduring hope. In her free time, she hangs out with family and friends, gets hooked on the latest TV series, explores the great outdoors, and tries not to plot five stories at once.

I’ve spent time on stage talking to groups of all ages and life stages about a variety of topics. My favorite topics are about the writing journey, finding your voice, the key to knowing your identity, and chasing your dreams. I am open to chatting about your specific event needs.

Book Clubs

Got questions or want to talk all things Nick, Kaylan, Navy SEALs, or just talk about the benefits of coffee? We might just be able to plan a Skype date with your group! If you have a group of ten or more and have read any of the books in the Heart of a Warrior series and want to have an author chat, let’s see if we can make it happen.

Classrooms

I am a big fan of encouraging creativity and learning from a young age. My parents instilled a love of reading in me from the time I could understand sentences and always fostered my love of writing. I would love to do the same! If you are a teacher and your class is studying story, career, or even just creativity and dreaming big in your classroom, let me know! I might just be able to Skype in to talk to your class briefly and hopefully encourage them a bit.
